I placed an order but did not receive order confirmation. What do I do?

Order confirmation will be sent only once the payment is made by the patient. The patient may not have made the payment for the services and therefore you may not have received an order confirmation. To know the real time update on the order, please contact our support team at +91-7941056812. If, however, you have not received the order confirmation despite the payment being made, please connect with you Clinic Relations Executive.
